The Espad n is a curated guest experience, blending cool contemporary loft-style stays with local lifestyle, for the down-to-earth modern traveler.

All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).

Dona Loca also owns Supermega Bien and Work-and-Class here in Denver.

Denver is known as one of the healthiest cities in the US, and LoHi is a great representation of why. With a plethora of juice bars, vegetarian restaurants, and fitness/wellness options, including Nurture: a well-care marketplace just a few blocks away, guests will be able to stay on top of their self-care game despite being on vacation.

Our in-house restaurant is owned by James Beard award-winning chef, Dana Rodriguez, and offers an eclectic mix of Mexico-city-inspired cuisine.

We are also surrounded by the city s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our Insta account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Vacation Libations anyone?

Traveling with kids?
Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo!

Retail Therapy:
There are many locally rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music Lover:
Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor
venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature:
If you re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan s Lake being the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park.

We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

"My guests and I were very impressed with this air bnb… Upon entering, the space was clean and welcoming and seemed larger than the photos gave credit. The rooms were spacious and across the house from each other, bathrooms were big and offered plenty of room to get ready (each room had large storage closets which were also a hit), and the common areas were large and inviting; comfortable to spend time in together. The beds and furniture were also very comfortable and clean and the house was completely furnished with kitchen basics and extras that made ordering and dining in easy and convenient. The only “cons” was finding close parking spots at times, given that the unit offered street parking; however, even at busy times of day/weekend we were always able to park within the same block of the building. Also, do be sure to pay attention to the UNIT number as this building has multiple units/floors. Overall great stay, impressive penthouse and location, wonderful experience overall!

Also the request to take out trash was sent at 5am when we all had early flights/no time to complete it, so suggestion to send the check out instructions/reminders/request the evening before instead. "This Airbnb is awesome !!! Beautiful spacious place! And it’s a total plus to have the outdoor balcony. This condo literally has everything you need they thought of everything all the cookware dishes, etc.. it’s nice to have the peloton too. We would definitely stay here if we were in the Denver area again. The only downside is street parking but honestly it was totally fine, we never had an issue and always found a spot. Close to lots of attractions in the area and the highway too. Thanks so much for an excellent stay !
